We went to Bozard ford today after having bad experience at another car dealership yesterday that we drove 3 hours to get to to sit in an a office for three hours to only buy a car that overheated on us 5 m at another car dealership yesterday that we drove 3 hours to get to to sit in an a office for three hours to only buy a car that overheated on us 5 mins down the road so after returning the car we went to Bozard and we had a sales person ( Patrick Robertson) who is the most amazing sales person there and we had an amazing business manager deal with the finance part ( Rick Garcia) who listened to all of our needs and made sure we had everything covered and then after telling everyone about the bad experience from the other car dealership they made sure that we were very comfortable with getting a new car that the service person who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Steven Mercer) looked over the car for us to reassure us everything looked amazing and we were good to go from having the test drive to dealing with the transaction only took two hours We love Bozard ford of st. Augustine and refuse to shop anywhere else. More
