The following is an update to my comments regarding Bozard Ford/Lincoln: About a week after I purchased an F-150, I stopped in the dealership at 7:45 pm on a Saturday (Derby evening). I did not realize the dealership closes at 7 pm on Saturdays but there were a couple sales folks still there. One salesman was in the parking lot and I ask him how to open and shut the rear window. He told me that he was helping someone else. I was standing by my truck when he walked right by me. Really? You can’t give me 10 seconds to show me where the button is located. There is no customer with him and he is by himself. I walked in the dealership and he asked me what I wanted. I told him that I was hoping he would show me how to open or shut the window and he walked off and never came back. When I purchased the truck, my salesman, Zack, was very nice and showed me but I forgot. I’m not interested in getting anyone in trouble. I realize everyone wants to go home at the end of the workday, but a few seconds and a little respect wouldn’t hurt. I ordered a Navigator from Bozard Lincoln last month which hasn’t arrived yet. If this is the kind of service that I can expect from Bozard, I won’t not be back. More

Recall My car was recalled for exhaust and seat bolts. We brought it in and Allison was our customer service rep on this. Recall issues—airbag I received the first notice from Ford over a year ago. I was told they did have the parts. I continued to call and was told the same after a year. Then I was told that they has to order and so I called the next week to get status. Was told again they did not get parts. I called Ford to find out what the issue was. Ford told me the dealershp had to order them. At that point I asked for the service manager. After I told him what Ford saidhe looked into it and found the part had to be ordered VPN specific for this recall. A customer should not have to call Ford. its assame how far this dealership has fallen. I will be looking for another dealership!! More
