Could not get any better ! In visiting several dealerships prior to coming to Bozards. It was very impressive to have a salesperson like Jena who was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. This is even more impressive because I bought a Cadillac at a Ford dealer.. She did a great job in follow through with the completion of sale...I will recommend her to my friends and family.. Gary the used car sales manager did a great job in putting the numbers together that fit my budget. He is a true asset to Bozards. I can see him running the place in a few years. More

When I walked in I was indifferent as to what I would look at. The staff helped me become zoned in on one vehicle that I knew would suit my needs. I previously owned an SUV from Lincoln but they know Lauren care made that model. They put me in the best MKX And I walked away with my car that day. I give them five stars More

Recall Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I told Jeff the problem was when I brought my truck in I turned off the radio and AC. When my truck was ready the radio Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I had compass on my settings it was changed and the seat was pulled forward. This is my truck. The only thing should have been touched was the seat belts. When I have my truck in for service I don’t want anything else touched. More
