Recall issues—airbag I received the first notice from Ford over a year ago. I was told they did have the parts. I continued to call and was told the same after a year. Then I was told that they has to order and so I called the next week to get status. Was told again they did not get parts. I called Ford to find out what the issue was. Ford told me the dealershp had to order them. At that point I asked for the service manager. After I told him what Ford saidhe looked into it and found the part had to be ordered VPN specific for this recall. A customer should not have to call Ford. its assame how far this dealership has fallen. I will be looking for another dealership!! More
