Great dealership Rear dome light on my new explorer would not go off. I drove to the dealership with no appointment.. I initially went to the quick lane as I am used Rear dome light on my new explorer would not go off. I drove to the dealership with no appointment.. I initially went to the quick lane as I am used to dealing with them. They checked for a setting problem and then sent me to Marsha. Marsha was able to get my vehicle in fairly quickly and they found and corrected the problem. I have used a Bozard for service on my 2004 explorer since I moved to st Augustine in 2010. The great service I have received during this time is why I purchased my new explorer from them. I even received a "free" hug card from Marsha More

KEVIN IN THE QUICK LANE IS MY FAVORITE! JUST ONE LITTLE ISSUE. MY TRANSIT REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES TEAR OFF IN THE CARWASH SO THEY TAPE THEM IN PLACE WITH TAPE. AFTER THE CARWASH THEY RE JUST ONE LITTLE ISSUE. MY TRANSIT REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES TEAR OFF IN THE CARWASH SO THEY TAPE THEM IN PLACE WITH TAPE. AFTER THE CARWASH THEY REMOVE THE TAPE BUT FAIL TO REMOVE THE RESIDUAL ADHESIVE FROM THE TAPE FROM MY WINDOWS. IF YOU COULD SOMEHOW MAKE THE ADHESIVE REMOVAL PART OF YOUR SERVICE THAT WOULD BE "THE ICEING ON THE CAKE!" THANKS MIKE FARA More

waiting I dropped of my car Thursday at 3 p.m. to get my car fixed. I was told that they could possibly squeeze me in that day, but I said no worries, I can I dropped of my car Thursday at 3 p.m. to get my car fixed. I was told that they could possibly squeeze me in that day, but I said no worries, I can pick it up tomorrow around 2. They told me that they would service my car and that it should be fixed by noon on Friday. The next day, I went in at 3- 24 hours after dropping it off- and the car still wasn't serviced yet. I waited until 4/5, and it was done. The wait is unacceptable. More

We're bottom line, pretty straight forward and really don't like being pressured. I can find a vehicle anywhere we look, according to my husband - so we knew there were plenty of options out there. We worked with Zach and he was wonderful. Easy to talk to, he listened, didn't even remotely push us. I'm pretty sure that if Zach had been like others we had been approached by elsewhere - that we would've left not having purchased yesterday. But we actually wanted to make it work so he could close his day with a sale. We feel like we got a very fair price on a like new vehicle that will work for us for many years. I will without doubt refer anyone I know that's looking, to Zach. And when my husband looks to buy a truck in the next few months, Zach's who we're calling. Oh and in fairness, Rick handled our financing and he did a great job for us, too! More
