Just an all around great dealership. I bought a new truck 3 years ago prior to having a mortgage and kids. Did I want a nicer newer vehicle yes, most people would, but financially it didn't make since to get rid of my truck unless I was saving enough money to get rid of it, because I loved my Ford F-150 and bought it new and brought both my boys home from the hospital in that truck. Anyway, they were one of the only dealerships to get what I was trying to do and although not easy put me in a very nice reliable ride. They even waited a week to make sure the deal was done on the right vehicle and did not hassle me until I bought. They just kept an eye out for what I wanted and when they found the car that would work asked me to check it out. NO PRESSURE! Id like to give a special thanks to Ryan Davis - Internet Sales, Rick Garcia - Finance, and Tom Reinard - Sales Manager for a very pleasant experience. When I'm ready to get that next truck and I will be in a few years, there is no doubt who I'm going to see. Also on a side note, I will only go to them for my quick lube and tire needs, they are the best in St. Augustine, FL hands down. Have also worked with John Fillare in parts on multiple items, always finds my hard to find small items needed on my old Mustang and a few things for my F-150, couldn't have dealt with a more knowledgeable and friendly parts guy. Well it was time to get my wife in a new vehicle and due to the solid service by Bozard I convinced my wife to test ride a Navigator and MKZ. Luis Crespo was very patient as we test rode several vehicles, was very knowledgeable with their warranties and features and didn't pressure us at all. Luis did an awesome job meeting me where I felt comfortable paying for a new vehicle and bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manor. I've always been a fan of Bozard's Service Dept and now I am a fan of their sales team. Professional Service I visited this Dealership to schedule a diagnostic. I was sure it was my AC compressor but I wanted to be sure regarding what needed to be replaced an I visited this Dealership to schedule a diagnostic. The car failed just as I was parked in the lot across from Bozard. Nathan had people push the vehicle to Quick Lane Service Center. Angela got me transportation until the vehicle was repaired. When the car was repaired, as I was to drive away another problem developed and was resolved, in a timely manner by Jason, as I waited. I was completely satisfied with the work done (AC compressor and components replaced).
