Not only did he give amazing customer service but I really felt he cared. It was like working with a friend. When my kids and I got to the dealership we felt like VIPs. We were brought snacks and drinks and the kids were given bears! They were so excited!! Jack and Donald were patient with us and found us the perfect car. It had the sunroof I wanted and the jet package and the cooling seats. I continued to ask questions the following Sunday and Jack was still quick to respond.
