Two men came here, picked up my car brought it back f Mike on the shuttle can service my car anytime. And as things have been going, he will be busy.. Two men came here, picked up my car brought it back fixed, washed & handed me a gift card from Bill Kaiser from Saxs Fifth Avenue for my trouble. All this after a simple oil change & tire rotation. Something was hanging off the bottom of the car. This happened one other time after an oil change. So I said I was not bringing it back in, they would have to come here. To my surprise, they did! If Ford continues to treat me with respect I guess I will have to think about maybe considering another Ford at some point. This 2010 has has 3 engines. I'm a bit tired of dealing with issues. Thank you Mike on the shuttle for your courteousness & professionalism. I was greatly appreciated!!!!!! Thank you Alex for dealing with my problem promptly.
