Strut Your Stuff We took our F150 in for a rattling noise that was supposed to be from one of our struts on the front of our truck. They road tested the vehicle and th We took our F150 in for a rattling noise that was supposed to be from one of our struts on the front of our truck. They road tested the vehicle and that was their diagnostics. After having them install and road test the vehicle they returned it to us. There was some miscommunication on pricing but after a short discussion they took care of the mistake, which was really appreciated. What concerns us the most is after we spent the money to fix the road noise from our suspension the vehicle is still making the same noise as it did before we brought it in. More

He is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, personable, professional and courteous. Patrick goes above and beyond the norm in his approach to sales, which is delightful. In fact, everyone from Patrick, to Tom Krell, Tanya Tomanek and TJ Bernal, were just so exceptional in every aspect. We have never had such a smooth, pleasant and stress-free experience in all our years of buying cars! This dealership proves beyond a doubt that there really is a RIGHT way to provide sales and service to their customers. We live in St. Johns, FL and the distance to Bozard is an easy drive. 4 months later, still havent got it right first of all I am from Michigan and I know what the 31 Metro Detroit Ford dealers are and what the Ford Company means,Bozard Ford doesn't have a clue first of all I am from Michigan and I know what the 31 Metro Detroit Ford dealers are and what the Ford Company means,Bozard Ford doesn't have a clue of the history or what people have done to make Ford what it is today, i least a brand new 2014 F 150. Is 5 months later and the lease agreement is still screwed up, it originally took them 7 days to close on a basically, in the mean time and they try to pacify me and my fiance with gift cards and gas for our time, if you're looking for a real Ford vehicle in the Jacksonville area I suggest you go to the new AutoNation Ford customer service is outstanding and so are the prices More
