Brian stopped by my business to drop off my paperwork, came by the next day to pick it up and then drove my car that I was trading in to the dealership, called me with the price of the trade-in and then brought me my new car a few hours later! He walked me through my new Expedition, gave me the keys, had me sign the paperwork and we were done. If I can have that type of service and that easy of a transaction every time I know I will never buy another car from anywhere other than Bozard Ford! More

Excellent Customer Service Both Ed and Crystal were very professional and helpful, talking a personal interest in resolving the problem with my Explorer. We have been experiencing recurring malfunctions of the electronics systems since we bought the car almost 2 years ago. After taking it in for service several times I was running out of patience. Ed listened to my complaints and came up with a solution that was fair for all before handing it off to Crystal. Crystal did an excellent job of staying in touch with me and keeping me updated on the progress being made. When I went to pick-up my car she had it clean inside and out and ready to go, just waiting for me. So far the electronics seem to be working fine, time will tell if the problem was trully soved. In the mean time,I am very pleased with the service I received from both Crystal and Ed. More
