Against my own better judgement I took my truck to the dealer for service. It needed work done that my regular mechanic couldn't do so I went to the Bozard service center. I am very anti dealership and always have been due to some bad experiences in the past. Upon arrival I was greeted by a service department employee who was standing in the drive up area. He greeted me and asked me the purpose of my visit so I explained the issue to him and he took me in to the service department. He introduced me to Marcia Nelson who was very friendly and concerned about addressing and taking care of my needs. She was very communicative over the next few days keeping me up to date on the status of my truck. She even got me a great deal on a rental so I wouldn't be without a vehicle while my truck was being repaired. Marcia has restored my faith in the dealership and I will now be a loyal customer of Bozard Ford because of her. I hope she is compensated well for all the hard work she does to make the customer experience one of a kind. More
