Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, dropped my car off early, they held it all day and then told me they didn't have the chance to look at it at the end of the day. The next morning I left the truck and within a short while it was replaced and I was off. The price for the tire and installation was more that fair. Highly recommend this dealership More

After contacting Rick Garcia at Bozard Ford Lincoln about our problems with trying to change our tire and finding out it had faulty caps and we could not get the tire off, he went into action on our behalf. our problems with trying to change our tire and finding out it had faulty caps and we could not get the tire off, he went into action on our behalf. He checked with the service department and they had Bethany call us very quickly and set up a time for us to come in and have them replaced. When we got there at the appointed time, there was a warranty issue. Our representative, Matt Larson worked steadily on the issue until he got it resolved. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful he was to us. What started out as a very discouraging situation was turned into a great experience because of all the people who worked very hard to make it a good outcome for us. Than you all at Bozard Ford Lincoln for the great customer service. More
