He checked with the service department and they had Bethany call us very quickly and set up a time for us to come in and have them replaced. When we got there at the appointed time, there was a warranty issue. Our representative, Matt Larson worked steadily on the issue until he got it resolved. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful he was to us. What started out as a very discouraging situation was turned into a great experience because of all the people who worked very hard to make it a good outcome for us. Than you all at Bozard Ford Lincoln for the great customer service. More
Went in with my new car to have the Lincoln Way App adjusted. Paul Johnson was very helpful and patient (it was the new 2021 model). Our Ford Explorer was taking to Bozard for a new transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional, know their information and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. A few days after we picked up the car, the service engine light came on. We contacted Mary and she told us to come by to diagnose the problem. When my wife arrived Mary and the tech was waiting outside and they had the diagnosed the reason for the check engine light within minutes. We live in Orange Park and it is about a 45 minutes drive to Bozard but for any future repairs, I will be bringing my car back to Bozard. In the near future, we will be looking at getting a new vehicle and there is only 1 Ford Dealership that I will go to and that is Bozard. Thank you Mary and Dawn for all your help and service. More

took my car in for service, running hot, fan not working, they insisted on me moving my car around the isle 2 times, no customer service, could have parked my car anywhere they liked instead of having me mov they insisted on me moving my car around the isle 2 times, no customer service, could have parked my car anywhere they liked instead of having me move it. I guess when a company is too big, they don't care about their customers. $100.00 fee to not work on my car, Big Bull. I tried to use them two different times over the last year, service is definetly worse as the years go by. Not like it used to be. More

She went through settings and checked that I understood them without making me feel stupid. She has some awesome tips and tricks I use all the time now. I mean honestly, if you don’t learn what the vehicle has, you tend not to use it. I paid for all the bells and whistles on my Aviator so why not appreciate it and use it? Andy Harris always remembers me and the vehicle I bought. I feel I could stop in and say hi to him any day! Bozard really appreciates the business by showing a genuine, caring attitude. More

Truly amazing customer experience at Bozard Lincoln. I was stuck on the freeway with a tire blowout and by chance Tanya Tomanek from Lincoln Bozard found me as she was on her way to work. She pulled over and introduced herself and within minutes Ed Roberts came out to the roadside to help me out. Thanks to the efforts of Tanya and Ed, I was at the Lincoln dealership in no time. The whole process was smooth and effortless. Ed Roberts and Tanya Tomanek, went above and beyond for me! They are a very caring team and I am extremely grateful for their time and assistance. I can’t say enough good things about the Bozard Lincoln. I would highly recommend! More
