I spoke to TJ on the phone about a trailblazer I was interested in looking at on a Friday afternoon with intentions on driving over 400 miles round trip to see it on Saturday. I told him about my trade in (2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 100,000miles)and asked him for a rough range of the amount they could offer before the long drive. I was told that they don't evaluate cars over the phone but that he was very interested in my trade. After driving 200+ miles on the assumption we could make a deal they offered my 3200 for my trade after several other dealers had offered between 6 thousand and 7500 for it. After alot of back and forth they're final offer was 3500 dollars. The sales associate laughed when i told him I didn't understand why they couldn't offer more and would make at least a 6000 dollar profit on my vehicle. After all of the games were over we didn't make a deal on the car and drove all that way for nothing. When I got home I looked at their website and they had an older jeep with similar miles but without any of the options mine comes with listed for 9000 dollars. Worst experience with a dealer I've ever had. More
