Great experience. Paul Robbins was excellent. Sales manager and Finance Manager were also fantatsic to work with. When I came in I wasnt even sure I wanted another BMW. Physical facility is immaculate. Mark Bellew really knows in detail the product he is presenting. In this case it happens to be the BMW 328i. His patience was great as we had to come back the next day as we had forgotten a number of the options he showed us the night before. I had explained early in our discussion that I wanted to lower the monthly lease payment and he was able to accomplish that to our satisfaction. Just a great experience!
