I purchased a McLaren online from Braman Miami approximately two months ago. The salesperson was Peter Roman. Before the sale, he responded to every message immediately. After the sale, communication stopped completely — especially when I asked about delivery timing or the condition of the vehicle. When the car finally arrived, it had multiple serious mechanical, electronic, and cosmetic issues: • Driver and passenger seats did not work at all • Seat belts were non‑functional • Engine cover bolts were missing, causing vibration and safety concerns • Dashboard adjustment panel was loose and misaligned • Interior arrived dirty • Exterior carbon‑fiber panels had damage • Front edge had scratches • Overall, the vehicle arrived with numerous defects and signs of poor handling It has now been almost three months, and the car is still at the McLaren dealership for repairs. This experience is unacceptable for any dealership — especially one selling high‑end vehicles. Braman Miami made promises before the sale, but after receiving payment, they ignored messages and delivered a car with extensive issues. Anyone considering buying a car online from Braman Miami should be aware of this. Additionally, the Finance Manager, Austin Lorenz, was extremely unprofessional. I have purchased more than 80 vehicles from many dealerships, and I have never encountered behavior like this. When I contacted him about my expired temporary plate, he stopped responding completely. He ignored emails, phone calls, and messages, even though he was physically at the dealership. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Because of all these issues — the damaged vehicle, the lack of communication, and the unprofessional behavior — I strongly advise staying away from this company. More
