“Thank you for reaching out. I purchased the McLaren from your dealership, and unfortunately the vehicle arrived with multiple serious issues that should have been caught during inspection before shipping. When the car was delivered, both the driver and passenger seat belts were not retracting, the engine cover bolts were missing which caused vibration, the seats and door panels were dirty, the front bumper lower section had heavy scratches, the rear bumper had a crack, the seats were stuck in one position, and the door edge paint had bubbling and rust.the rear interior panels have bubbles a lot and defective These are major safety and mechanical problems, not minor cosmetic issues only. It is clear the vehicle was not properly inspected before delivery. I was also told shipping would be $1,700 but was charged $1,950. Because of these issues, the car has now been at McLaren delarship for almost 60 days. I am paying interest on my loan and insurance for a car I cannot use. I have documented everything and have already provided all evidence to my lawyer as part of my claim. Given the condition the vehicle arrived in and the financial loss I have suffered, I am requesting compensation to cover part of the damages and expenses caused by this situation. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this.”
