Thank you. Think the highlight was waking up to the front passenger tire. FLAT on the serviced Genesis. Which was to include a tire rotation. I was directed by service person Candi and Supervisor Alex = it was not needed due to the tire tread was good. I found the customer service to be non-existent. I did leave a message am Saturday for the on duty Braman Supervisor. No one bothered to call back. Who would you like me to call this time? Please provide a contact and phone number.

Hi Jorge, After conducting research into this situation, we discovered that the BMW WPB Service Manager advised there was an issue with your temp sensor. Not correcting this issue prior to bringing your vehicle to our service center, caused the A/C in your vehicle to malfunction. Unfortunately, this was out of our control.
