First Time buying a car online. Niel was very helpful. He picked me up from the airport even gave me a full tank of gas. I had been looking for a BMW for several months. Several people told me to buy from Braman because of their very positive experience. They were correct. Jorge is very professional and very knowledgeable. Subsequent to a test drive, we successfully closed a deal. Matt Seidel is the finance gentlemen who closed my deal. Matt has an excellent personality ,I enjoyed my time with him. I must say that all options available were clearly explained by Matt and he answered every question that I asked him. I am avoiding this dealership for service at all costs, even if I have to drive double the distance. I have only been twice to this dealership, and each time I wait 4 to 5 days before I get my car back. Ev even if I have to drive double the distance. Every time I got the car back, the problem was not fixed and I had to take it again more than once before they fix it right. I am very disappointed in this dealership and in BMW for having such a poorly managed dealership represent the BMW brand. More
