Reconnecting with a former student Initially, I emailed Quality Hyundai about my interest to purchase a Santa Fe Sport. The response email I received, told me to see Brian Langley which Initially, I emailed Quality Hyundai about my interest to purchase a Santa Fe Sport. The response email I received, told me to see Brian Langley which was a familiar name to me as I had had a student in 6th grade by that name about 25 years ago. When we arrived at the dealership, Brian walked outside to greet us which immediately impressed me. It also relaxed me since I was feeling anxious about buying a new car. Brian was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while discussing what I wanted and what options were available to me. I really felt that I could trust what he was telling me. He wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he was trying to make sure I got what I wanted. Brian was very patient with me as I weighed all my options. In conversation, we determined that indeed he was a former student of mine. It was very gratifying to me to see that the nice 11 year old I remembered, had turned into such a fine man who represents the automobile industry very well. My father who was a very honest man, worked in the car business for many years. Derogatory comments about car salesmen used to make me very angry because my father was a true gentleman. I am happy to report that Brian Langley is cut from the same cloth. He exhibits integrity with his straightforward approach as he imparts his extensive knowledge about the cars. I highly recommend Quality Hyundai and specifically, Brian Langley to anyone in the market for a new car. By the way, I love my Santa Fe Sport. More
