Excellent I was a walk-in for the service department. A very nice gentleman named Moak greeted me, and assisted me with getting my car serviced. Moak listened to my concerns, made sure the things I wanted to be taken care of were done, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He even went and got my car from where I'd parked it in the dealership lot and pulled it into the service line, and then gave me an estimated time frame for completion of work. After the work was completed and I was walking over with him to pay my bill I'd mentioned I was now on the way to the car wash, and next thing I knew, Moak had that taken care of right away as well. Definitely had a great experience, and Moak is great dealing with customer service and definitely an asset to the company. More
