Making Things Right I took my 07 CRV in for the air bag recall and the door lock recall. After first being told the cost of replacing the lock would be covered, the servi I took my 07 CRV in for the air bag recall and the door lock recall. After first being told the cost of replacing the lock would be covered, the service advisor said it wouldn't. Not cool. And I told them so. Later, I got a call from the Service Manager and he invited me back to have the lock replaced at no charge. That was a classy thing to do. I appreciate this gesture of goodwill as well as the shuttle service and the free car wash. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda to my friends and family. More

Absolutely Stellar Dealership I've done business with Brandon Honda since 2008. I've purchased/leased numerous vehicles there. I also take my vehicles there for service. Our family is growing and it came time for a third vehicle. I was willing to purchase a used car but only from a dealership I trusted. That led me back to Brandon Honda. I looked online and noticed some sub $200 lease deals that seemed a better fit than used. My wife completed the online financial application and within moments after submission our old friend Hassan Slim was calling and inviting us to come to the dealership later that day. My wife and I stopped in around 5:30pm and by 7:00pm we were signing the lease. We test drove both the civic and the fit. Both were priced well within our budget. We couldn't believe that the advertised price was actually what we where going to be paying (not forgetting about tax, tag, title, etc). We choose the fit XE (in yellow). The whole experience was effortless. We felt like VIP's. The people here have become like family. I love seeing Manager Driss Hilili "speed walking through the showroom", stopping long enough to welcome us and catch up before he shoots off again. Even sales people we dealt with years ago still approach us and ask about how we have been. Sammy El-Husseini always ask if I'm still riding my Harley. We met a new sales representative, Zee Houichi. He was a great help. He assisted us in making sure all the paperwork was correct and getting us to finance. He made sure that we were familiar with all the fit's features. He even called the next day to ask about how we were doing and if we had any issues or questions. It's service like this that makes it unnecessary to go anywhere else, especially when the deals are so incredible. I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. He listened to my service requests and make sure that I was aware of the costs for the services requested. My CRV was ready for me about 30 minutes before the estimated time of completion. All of the staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. The only complaint I have is that after purchasing 4 new tires I found a Brandon Honda hang tag on my rear view mirror offering me a deal to purchase 3 new tires and get the fourth tire free. Needless to say, I wish I had been aware of this offer at the time my service was written up so that I could have taken advantage of the savings. More
