From the moment I drove up to the service area, the employees were helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Once they determined the problem (bad tire due to road hazard) and solution (new tire), Mike employees were helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Once they determined the problem (bad tire due to road hazard) and solution (new tire), Mike Hudak discussed it with me and answered my questions to my satisfaction and then fixed it. I will say that this is THE BEST dealership personnel I have ever dealt with, from the purchase of the auto, service provided and follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Oh, I am 76 years old and have purchased and had serviced well over a dozen cars. My comments apply to all of the employees with whom I dealt.
