There are three things I absolutely have almost no good feelings for. 1. Politicians. 2. Car sales people. 3. Furniture sales people. I was actually dreading having to visit any dealership. We went to B feelings for. 1. Politicians. 2. Car sales people. 3. Furniture sales people. I was actually dreading having to visit any dealership. We went to Brandon Honda with the intent of NOT getting a vehicle and just to look. However we ended up and traded our van in for a different one. They gave us a very fair deal for our trade and drove off in a Honda Odyssey. After two days we decided we wished we had purchased a CRV. We returned two days later and found one that met our needs. They allowed us to swap with no questions asked as one of their policies is 3 day exchange. It's true! They really do it! Our salesperson, Chris Weiss, actually came in on his day off to help us. We ended up getting a newer vehicle with less miles and a slightly lower payment. Thank you Chris for your help! I think we will be very happy with the CRV. I really, really wanted a brand new one but the mark up right now on newer cars is more than I want to pay. (thank you Joe Biden!) But, we got a good, reliable 2021 that will get us from point A to point B. In all honesty, the one and only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the whole process of doing the exchange took a very long time. I know that when it comes time for me to buy a second car, I will be going to Brandon Honda to get a new Accord. More
