I came in for an oil change on my 2018 Honda Fit sport. I was welcomed to your service area by one of the nicest and most friendly person I have met in years. Assistant Service Manager Pekham Majumder was I was welcomed to your service area by one of the nicest and most friendly person I have met in years. Assistant Service Manager Pekham Majumder was a pure joy and it was a honor to have assist me and made the whole experience really quite enjoyable. However, when I got home I noticed a problem. I called back and was told to return the next day. I live about an hour and forty five minuets away and was not very happy with this inconvenience. Not in the best of moods I returned the next day dreading the worst. I was met once again by Mz. Majumder and explained my problem. And I am telling you honestly that this young lady instantly took control of the situation and proceeded to go above and beyond to rectify the problem. She apologized (many times) for the error and said that she would personally make sure that everything was set to right. And she did all that and more. I went in that morning feeling angry and anticipating the worst but this highly competent and incredibly up beat young lady turned the whole thing around. I left that day not cursing your business but humbled by the service and dedication of this most unique lady. Instead of a scalding and hateful review like I feared I would be leaving I am instead leaving my gratitude.
