They took care of all the little issues I had. Listened to what I had to say. Addressed everything in a timely matter. While I waited they got me an Uber driver so I could go to mall and shop while car was to what I had to say. Addressed everything in a timely matter. Bad Actors give Dealerships Bad Images Went in to purchase a car and had a great salesperson. Got to the back in the finance office and that is where all of the fish oil gets spread. The finance guy charged us more than what was agreed to and told us that was because of the money factor that goes into the calculation for a lease. Then he tried to sell us a maintenance warranty for $1250 and told us it would only cost us $600 at the end of the lease. But, it gets better we actually have documents that he forged our signature on and predated cancelation documents. When the dealership was contacted, they refer you back to the person who committed the bad behavior. In a way of saying here you got caught or called out on this, so you fix your problem. There is not ownership from anyone who is in charge to fix problems. The only way to get their attention is to hit them in the wallet. So, I'm in contact with a lawyer and the news station to get this to go public. I'm sure we are not a isolated case. More
