Worst Honda dealer EVER!! Our salesman was very good and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. After the test drive we went into Brandon honda about noon to get my car Our salesman was very good and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. After the test drive we went into Brandon honda about noon to get my car evaluated and priced for a trade in.. The dealer was very busy ( I really dont know why) we sat down and waited and waited. At about 115 pm someone looked at my car. At that pointI told my salesman we were leaving and send us an otd price. The next day I received the price. The dealer charged me twice for the destination fee and also charged me $1897 for an add on that was worthless to me and I did tell my salesman I did not want it. I did write a letter to the owner and he did apologize for the error and said he would give me a dealer price.. Turned out it was the same price I got. This dealer also charges a $995 dealer fee which is $200 higher than other Honda dealer. I did ask if they would take off the $200 and they said no. Please stay away from Brandon Honda. More
