We had a 2002 CRV-LX and had been very happy with it. We told Essam we had "done our homework", knew what we wanted and didn't want to be pressured. That is exactly what we got. He listened to what we said and DID NOT pressure us in any way! We test drove the CRV-EX, it was great, but we didn't need all the bells and whistles. A few hours later, we left with our 2019 CRV-LX. Everyone was so nice, and professional. They told us they were looking forward to seeing us for our next car in the future. We said, OK..we' see you in 2036, we plan on this car giving us 17 years as well. Great car..Exceptional service. Thanks to all of you. ~Gigi More

Add options package for $1897 on new car you cant refuse. They do not honor the price you agreed on. Say you agreed on price X and when you go for paperwork you will see 1897 added on top of it which is the p They do not honor the price you agreed on. What they are offering in the package is paint protection, key fob replacement and nitrogen refill for 3 years (warranty). Its a lot of money on top of the car price you want to pay. And you cannot say I don't want it and have to go with it. But you will realize this at the time of paperwork and they will say I have people waiting after you and rush you into signing the contract. the options package for them costs max 200 dollars. They buy the paint in bulk from a company called Siskin and apply it on your car. In a brand new car what are the chances of you losing your key or need new paint job or for that matter new nitrogen refill(They are offered free in places which have it). Please stay away from this dealership. More
