Priscilla Prates and Brandon Honda Stand Out I have owned two Honda Ridgelines driven for a total of 280,000 miles. With the return of the Ridgeline in 2017 I knew that I was ready to upgrade. Un I have owned two Honda Ridgelines driven for a total of 280,000 miles. With the return of the Ridgeline in 2017 I knew that I was ready to upgrade. Unfortunately, the Ridgeline with the trim and options I wanted is in high demand and difficult to find. I visited my normal Honda dealership (not Brandon Honda) to test drive a Ridgeline last month although not the exact trim desired. I was willing to make a deal that day even if they had to order the vehicle, provided the pricing was right. That dealer (not Brandon Honda) knowing that the truck I wanted was hard to find, demanded a premium for the vehicle and low-balled my trade. They didn't care that I have been a 12 year customer who performs all of my maintenance at their dealership. Enter Brandon Honda and Priscilla. After failing with my normal dealer I emailed several other Honda Dealerships in the area. I told them what I wanted and gave them specifics on my trade. Several responded right away including Priscilla. Nobody had the truck I was looking for but a few quoted me anyway and their pricing was more in line with what I expected. Everyone was within a few dollars of each other but two important things set Brandon Honda and Priscilla apart from the rest. First was their determination to locate and trade with another dealership to get the exact truck I wanted. Second, were the warranties they include with their new vehicle purchases including a lifetime warranty and 7-year paint protection. Through email, text and phone Priscilla and I were able to negotiate a deal and Brandon Honda went all the way to Jacksonville to find my truck. The process of closing the deal at the dealership was quick and painless. I had come with a good interest rate from my bank but Bo was able to get a lower rate for me. I WILL RETURN TO BRANDON HONDA TO DO BUSINESS WITH PRISCILLA AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! Thanks Priscilla. I love my truck! More

For all my email queries, Andre use to be the first one to respond. In the showroom Andre welcomed me..he took me for test drive and explained each and every features of different models. He had expert suggestions which I felt very helpful to select the model. Altogether it was an awesome experience in Brandon Honda. I will recommend Brandon Honda to my friends. More
Repeat visits, at our cost! The following all occurred within a 5 week period: June 30 '16 we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. It seemed to be in very good condition, insi The following all occurred within a 5 week period: June 30 '16 we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. It seemed to be in very good condition, inside and out. My only concern, before we made the deal, was that breaks be fixed and checked because there was, a very slight pulsing when slowing down. And, there was cleaner residue, or something in the door paneling. The sales person assured us that they would each be taken care of before we left. We spent 7 HOURS at the dealership that day, waiting for credit approval. We were tired, and getting irritated (especially considering we were already at another dealership and APPROVED within minutes) - and they weren't going to gouge us on the rate. They just didn't have the vehicle we were looking for. The sales person was relentless and would NOT leave us alone while we waited. Whether is was some sort of "Shepherd's" sales tactic or not, he should be able to read his customers. I don't care about his 100 pics on his phone! Moving on; We finally got the car, and of course being drained, did not notice that they did NOT fix the brakes properly OR remove the residue inside. Neither was noticed until after we left, we were so exhausted. So, that was VISIT #1. VISIT #2 After a couple of weeks, the brakes were no better and now squealing. So having to take 5 HOURS out of our Saturday, brought it back to the dealer to have them checked and fixed. They did. So they said! VISIT #3 Went in for an oil change, and service tech mentioned there are brake problems. STILL?!!! But they didn't have the part. So, AGAIN, we had to go back down there. VISIT #4 They say they've fixed the brakes. At this point, they are seeming okay with a very quite, slight squeak once-in-a-while. Very sick of going down there. Really! I work over 60+ hours / week, and those 4 visits cost us a LOT of time and money! OVER 21 hours were spent just buying and fixing the brakes on this car! And a gift card is supposed to make it better? Hm. Won't likely go there again. WAIT! Below, I see the option to rate their "friendliness" - REALLY?! It's a dealership! Most are going to seam friendly. "Genuine" is another story. More
