Staff was professional and customer service oriented; however on two (2) different visits; on two (2) separate days. technician were unable to diagnose the problem. Two poor experiences. The first time I brought my van in for a recall. While I was there I mentioned a couple things that were wrong with it. I was told they would take a The first time I brought my van in for a recall. While I was there I mentioned a couple things that were wrong with it. I was told they would take a look and there was a diagnostic fee of $244. But if the warranty covered the repair the fee would be waived. They did in fact find something the warranty would cover (something i didn't even bring it in for), but they still tried to charge me $244 for each item I had mentioned was wrong. My advisor claimed he made sure I understood the fee was for each item, because he ALWAYS does. He NEVER forgets to give breakdowns. Essentially, he was incapable of making a mistake and I was stupid for even questioning his authority. Ok, cool. Much to my dismay, last weekend my van lit up like a Christmas tree on my way home from Orlando. We hesitated, but took it to the dealership again because it was close and surely this would be covered by warranty. They diagnosed my van as needing a fuel injector, should've been covered but wasn't due to a contract clause. After multiple phone calls and hours of my time, my best solution was to cancel my current warranty and repurchase one that would cover the repairs. I spent 4 days trying to reach finance - i never received one call back. My advisor this time (kevin) was kind and compassionate. I still had to pay the $244 diagnostic fee. My van is still not fixed. Not only will I never return to this dealership, I'll also never own another Honda. More
