I came because of a TPMS light on my dash. Turns out I had two nails in my tire. The tech spotted one nail and repaired the tire. The next time I drove my car the TPMS light came on. Long story short, my son repaired my tire. Honda reached out to see how my visit was and refunded the cost to repair my tire. That was unexpected and kind. I created an account and opened a ticket with six specific items to be completed. The ticket was ignored and my wife was told a complete 30K service would be done that cost us $2600. My wife was confused about what to do and called me but I did not return her call for a few minutes. When I realized how upset she was at the impending cost, I called our Service Representative who was 'away from her desk'. The gentleman who took my call said she would call me back. She did not. To add insult to injury, the representative told my wife they were going to give us a free car wash. That was not done. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience, the worst we've ever had in over 25 years of patronizing Honda, from Kuhn, to Westshore, and now to Brandon. More
