2016 Jeep GC Limited I was in the market for a new Vehicle and I really liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I was worrying I wasn't going to be able to afford the one I I was in the market for a new Vehicle and I really liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I was worrying I wasn't going to be able to afford the one I desired with the specific package I liked. I shopped around at a few dealers as well as online. I had a specific Jeep in mind, and he came up with the exact model for me right down to the colors. The process was quick and painless and he was available the whole step of the way, and responded to all my texts/emails during the process in a timely manor. He didn't pressure, or try to force me in to something that wouldn't make sense. Steve took my budget in to consideration and we came up with a solution that would financially work with my family. Bill is my only car guy!!!! I have purchased 3 cars in 5 years from Bill. He is the only salesman I will by from. I HATE car salesman. Not Bill though. Wonderful Experience, Excellent Service. Went to Branhaven as a 'plan B' option as the Infiniti Q60 I waited months for had no specific date as to when it was going to be at the dealerships. Went to Branhaven as a 'plan B' option as the Infiniti Q60 I waited months for had no specific date as to when it was going to be at the dealerships. I took this as a sign that maybe I should get a Charger ScatPack as I've always been fascinated by this vehicle. Michael was the first sales person I spoke with and explained that I wanted this car. He worked with me and got me a good price and I was able to configure the car as it was going to be a factory order. It was delivered within 5 weeks of ordering and Michael and his manager kept me updated while the car was being built. I was very pleased and blown away when I saw my Bright White Charger ScatPack waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership to take delirvery. I felt even more special to see my name on the window sticker as the car was factory ordered. Thanks once again to Micheal and Mr. Vidal (manager) for your professionalism and accomating assistance.
