The usual car buyer "experience" waiting, back room talks with other employees, waiting to be upsold, and all the other things most people experience, was replaced with quick, bottom line pricing, no haggle extras, and a great buying experience. Bill is my only car guy!!!! I have purchased 3 cars in 5 years from Bill. He is the only salesman I will by from. I HATE car salesman. Not Bill though. Wonderful Experience, Excellent Service. Went to Branhaven as a 'plan B' option as the Infiniti Q60 I waited months for had no specific date as to when it was going to be at the dealerships. Went to Branhaven as a 'plan B' option as the Infiniti Q60 I waited months for had no specific date as to when it was going to be at the dealerships. I took this as a sign that maybe I should get a Charger ScatPack as I've always been fascinated by this vehicle. Michael was the first sales person I spoke with and explained that I wanted this car. He worked with me and got me a good price and I was able to configure the car as it was going to be a factory order. It was delivered within 5 weeks of ordering and Michael and his manager kept me updated while the car was being built. I was very pleased and blown away when I saw my Bright White Charger ScatPack waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership to take delirvery. I felt even more special to see my name on the window sticker as the car was factory ordered. Thanks once again to Micheal and Mr. Vidal (manager) for your professionalism and accomating assistance.
