From the moment we met Steve he was very easy to work with and was very laid back. There was no pressure from him or Carlos, the Sales Manager. We felt very comfortable with both of them and they worked with us to get us the best price possible. We decided that day that we wanted the vehicle and everything, including financing, when very smooth. Jonathan, the asst finance manager, was great to work with as well. Found exactly what I was looking from at Branhaven. 2015 4k miles all the option I wanted. Set up an appointment. Got there and was introduced to Ryan Hall. Was a very nice, honest guy. Informed me the truck I was looking for got backed into and was at the body shop and happily took me to see it. Truck was exactly what I was looking for, damaged was fixed like new, no pasting bondo, replaced the whole door skin. He gave me a great deal on a 10 month old truck and even got me a set of running boards for free. Over all great, easy experience.
