I got a great trade in value for my vehicle, and am now leasing a 2017 Jeep Compass which is beautiful!! Bryce was very professional and so sweet. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Also, how can I forget this? The day I picked up my Jeep, I pull up and my new car is decorated with pink balloons and a bow!! Very thoughtful of Bryce to do that for me. It's obvious this dealership cares about their customers, and don't just want your money. They are willing to work within your budget and make sure you are satisfied. They will suggest which vehicle best fits with you, regarding your preferences and price range. I also worked out all the financial tasks with Carlos and Nathan, who were also wonderful. This process is always the most stressful but these two didn't make it that way. Both really worked with me on prices within my budget that were manageable monthly, and for that I am grateful. I definitely recommend this dealership and am proud to be a new (and first time) Jeep owner with the help from Branhaven. Thank you so much!! More

I've had bad experiences in the past with that and didn't want to deal with that again. My father recommended I go and see Steve Lakomski at Branhaven. From the start I was relieved because he just wanted to get me into something that I can afford and that I actually liked and I could tell he was genuine about it which was awesome. It showed he actually cared. So overall that made the experience enjoyable which is exactly what you should get when making a large purchase. Having said that, I now have someone that I can refer all my friends and family to with no worries. Oh, and the new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee is awesome and worth every penny. Thanks for all your help! More

Dropped the ball -I will never recommend. I can not recommend Branhaven to anyone. While my experience with Bryce and Jonathan was fine, there are many other areas that Branhaven dropped the I can not recommend Branhaven to anyone. While my experience with Bryce and Jonathan was fine, there are many other areas that Branhaven dropped the ball. I waited a month to write this review so that the immediate emotion could be removed. The initial contact was a decent experience. I totally understood that Bryce was newer and I feel for her in her situation. A 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was negotiated. A few minor details were corrected such as tax being charged on non taxable items and my insurance company never being called before pick up. A time was scheduled to pick up our new car. An exciting day for a family. At least it should be. Expecting to meet with Bryce and her sales manager, Howard Eber, at pickup we arrived at the dealership with excitement to only be let down. A day prior, Howard expressed to me that he could not wait to meet us the next day. Since Bryce was newer, I expected Howard to walk through the car with us and Bryce to go over the car in detail. This would only be beneficial to Bryce and us. We are first time Wrangler owners and had many questions. We arrived at the dealership feeling rushed through the process. Bryce was left on her own. Howard was nowhere to be seen. The questions could not be answered by Bryce at the time and she had to ask for assistance from other employees multiple times. We felt rushed through the process and that we were an inconvenience. I had to ask her to have Howard come out and meet us. His own knowledge of the Jeep was limited. The only saving grace was when Bryce asked Jonathan to review some of my questions. He had the answers I needed. We never were walked through the dealership to see what they had to offer us. No service department walk through, no accessory area visited. We never had such a rushed and unorganized experience buying a car than we did that day. Good luck selling any add on's in the business office! It took 3 days later before we were contacted to see how things were going. It was an automated email. Real personal. I finally replied to one of the emails and Bryce got in touch with me. I expressed our displeasure. She spoke with someone and called me back. She promised me that Howard and Carlos were going to call me the next day and review my issues. The next day came and went with no phone call until late at night from Jonathan. Neither Howard or Carlos could call me that day so Jonathan called. I returned the call the next day but Jonathan was not available. That prompted me to write an email to Jonathan that Jonathan forwarded to Howard. I finally received a call. Howard apologized and had various excuses. All being said, if you have an appointment with someone, they should be your first priority. We were not. The perspective from my wife and myself is that Bryce had not been prepared by Branhaven to be successful. I don't blame her at all. She does not look to have the support from the dealership. My wife looks at Branhaven as a "everyone for themselves" dealership. My wife looks at Bryce and feels that no one is there to help Bryce because she's a woman. That's not what you want another woman feeling about your dealership. Overall, the new car buying experience was horrible. I never felt more unappreciated at a dealership than I did that day. I was a number dropping off a $50,000.00 check and the keys to the vehicle were flipped to me and now get out of here. More
There are no word to describe the great experience I had Brandon was awesome. I leased a challenger from him in April (2016) and couldn't be happier. I then went back and leased a Ram 1500 Truck from Brandon and once again, could not be happier with him and the financial manager there as well. These two took extra care and made the deal work. No words. This dealership is by the far the best I ever delt with and Brandon is a big reason why I returned. Then, I had my challenger serviced and the girl in the service department was just as good and just as friendly. Very accommodating to my schedule. THANKS!!!!!!! AND I MAY ADD, I LOVE THE OPTION TO GET A LOANER CAR. I LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY AND THIS OPTION IS AWESOME. More
