We dealt with the same folks both times (Charlie Schiller - salesman, Don Ziemke - general sales mgr, Jesus Padin - finance mgr). All were great to work with. Charlie Schiller was very nice, patient, knowledgeable/helpful, and very professional. He was not at all pushy or flaky like some dealers I've had a bad experience with.
