During the test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and about the warranty that Toyota offers and filled me in on all of the features that the car came equipped with. Isaiah's ability to connect with me on a friendly yet professional way really made me happy. I felt very comfortable working with him. He has a great personality and truly is knowledgeable about cars and about Toyota's and did everything he could to answer all of my questions. I let him know that I was interested in a particular trim line and color, which they did not have in stock, but Isaiah did some further research and he let me know that I could place the deposit on the type of car that I'm looking for and that he would do everything possible to find the vehicle for me.
