Ended up being a positive experience I was really nervous taking my car in. It was making a terrible noise that sounded like something important was about to fall off the car. I immediately drove in without an appointment, hoping they could see me even though it was getting late. I was terrified over what the problem could be and what the cost could be. But they were able to look at my car for me that same night and get it fixed with minimal cost. It turned out to be something minor, and I was so happy they were honest about that and didn't try to tell me I needed some super expensive part, which some mechanics may have done to drive up the bill. I left Brent Brown Toyota a very happy customer. More
