Worked With Us Start to Finish We worked with Trevor Durfey. He was filling in for a Chris Cervantes. He worked with us every step of the way taking into account what our budget was and making sure our experience with driving the car was complete. During our test drive we were especially impressed with them demonstrating the features on the RAV4 so we could experience them firsthand, All other dealerships simply let us drive which is typically a run-of-the-mill experience, but having them demonstrate how everything works was incredibly beneficial. One area that we felt rushed and pushed through was financing. We wanted to understand the interest rate we were getting, and it wasn't until afterwards we understood what was meant by first time auto loan and how that impacts the interest rate compared to being 2nd or 3rd time auto loan borrowers. That said, you can tell Nate knows his stuff and given we're cautious people who move a little slower trying to understand something for the first time he demonstrated patience and a willingness to work to assuage any worries we had. The area we felt uncomfortable in was in the area where we were pitched additional things for our car: undercarriage, and edge protectors, paint and upholstery guard. This was the area where we definitely felt like we were being sold to because the way things are worded it seems like some of it would come automatically given they acknowledge the undercarriage warranty being voided because of the harsh road conditions and salt that corrodes the metal. It sounded like that came standard to make up for the voided warranty on the undercarriage until it was slipped in how it would increase our monthly costs. It just felt like a sneaky way to up-sell. I called Brent Brown service department and they said they would try to work me in that day. They not only took my car in but completed the service so quickly that I was very surprised. They did a great job. I recommend Brent Brown's service department, but their sales department is a different matter. More

Terrible customer service I purchased an new Tundra in 2014 from Brent Brown. Within the first couple months of ownership I noticed a problem in my front end. Over the course I purchased an new Tundra in 2014 from Brent Brown. Within the first couple months of ownership I noticed a problem in my front end. Over the course of my warranty period, I asked for this to be looked at 4 times. Every time I was told the issue was resolved. It was not. I returned today to discuss the problem and the B. Brown service managers solution was to spend more money with them to fix the issue. The issue that was supposed to be taken care of during my warranty period. The service manager and the salesman I talk to today were far from helpful or professional. Because of the treatment from Brent Browns staff, I will never own a Toyota again. The second to last text I received from Chess exactly said "If you dont really have anything constructive or positive to say im not interested in listening". His final text was a single hand geusture emoji. Wow - how incredible professional. Do not waste your time or money with this dealership. Toyota makes a great product - too bad they are not properly represented by the Brent Brown dealership. More

Too much waiting for nothing The whole process was way too slow. We were there for 2 days for at least 5 hours a day. I wish they were helping customers as a team that way it will save everyone's time and make the experience more enjoyable and exciting rather than wanting to avoid. More
