The salesmen at Brent Brown helped us feel comfortable and taken care of. They new their cars and good qualities to look for. I felt that they did care about our satisfaction with a car and truely bent over backwards to get us what we wanted. Max worked especially hard to make us feel at ease and we enjoyed getting to know him. We have had our Highlander now for about 2 weeks and I can tell that my wife is still loving her new Highlander. Fast and efficient. I took my mom's car in for her, because it was having problems starting. Got the battery tested. Great experience We just purchased our sixth Toyota from this dealership. Obviously, we enjoy working with the people here. Previously we have worked with Bob Sanders, but he was not Available this time. Stephanie pope was our sales person and she was excellent. We were in a time crunch, as we needed to travel many hours into the evening to get home. Because of this we did not spend a lot of time learning about our vehicle. We recently stopped by and found Bob available this time. He spent as long as we needed to answer all of our questions.
