This is the first time in decades that we had a great experience in buying a vehicle. We needed a second car and were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Honda. When arriving at the dealership we were treated with respect. The offer that we received from the salesman was right in line with our research on pricing and additional fees. Our experience with the finance manager was excellent as well. He listened carefully to our needs, and respected our choices for additional items as offered. I love Brickell Honda my wife and I have been going to het our cars there for more than 17 years and it was always wonderful don't get me wrong the people are very helpful and wonderful polite people Mari het our cars there for more than 17 years and it was always wonderful don't get me wrong the people are very helpful and wonderful polite people Mario Subiza is our salesman and is so so so helpful in every way possible you guys are lucky to have him. He sold us our last to cars. But as far as the service department it has been taking a dip BIG TIME! I just had a two weeks ago my 4th service on my car and out off the 4 last services 3 the tire pressure and the rotation was never done, and this time around the tires were rotate but the tire pressure was never checked and all four tires were low and to make matters worst one of the lug nuts in the front right tire was never out back luckily this past Sunday since my car was pulling to the right I checked the tire and I found it. I called Mr.Subiza and on His day off he answered the phone and had me come in on Monday morning and he took care off everything for me along with the service manager. A very polite and helpful gentleman (iam sorry I forgot his name) all was taken care of and belive me when I tell you I notice the difference immediately!!!! Also when I had the service done I usually wait and have the car service perhaps an hour or less this time took more that 4 hours but I understand these time we are living in everyone is short on staff. Over all I love Brickell Honda and my wife and I will continue getting all our cars speacilly is Mario is our salesman he is top notch always! Thank you. You guys rock forgive my complaining it is just an observation I had never had anything to say negative about you guys in all the year and I have ver had a problem with any of the cars I love the Honda brand.
