I have had an issue with my car screen touch and been to the branch 4 times so far, for them to fix the issue since the car is still in warranty and yet the issue still exists and I will have to go back one the branch 4 times so far, for them to fix the issue since the car is still in warranty and yet the issue still exists and I will have to go back one more time!! Also, last time my car was duo for the 30K service and they charged me $800 just to check things and change fluids. No major parts were changed like the brakes pads for instance which the advisor made me understand it will be part of the service so there was some sort of misleading. And at the end while paying, they gave me another surprise which is a %3 charge if paying with a credit card! As if I was using my credit card in an under the table place or a small business! I have been doing my car service at Brickell Honda for the past 2.5 years but I will definitely not go back for service anymore except my car screen touch issue since it is still in warranty. So overall, terrible and inefficient expensive service. Maybe the only good thing was the shuttle service that took me home while they finish servicing the car More
