I had a minor issue with my truck regarding the forward facing camera, I got a service appointment within 3 days which was fantastic. I’ve never been able to get an appointment so quickly with any other de facing camera, I got a service appointment within 3 days which was fantastic. I’ve never been able to get an appointment so quickly with any other dealership I’ve ever been to. The communication from Ethan my service advisor was excellent, and the work completed by the service tech as well. They ended up needing to order the part needed, so I picked the truck up and would wait for a call from the service department when the part was delivered, as it was going to be over a week. When the part was delivered Ethan immediately called me, and they took the truck in promptly to get to the work done. It was an absolutely fantastic experience compared to a lot of poor experiences I’ve had with other dealership service departments. More
