I thought my oil change and tire 🛞 rotation would take an hour or more but I was pleased when It only took 40 minutes!! The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Everyone was courteous and will to help but my issue was simple and as a DIY person, I felt like I was overcharged. Interior courtesy light was not working. Had another replavced about 3 weeks prior and sh simple and as a DIY person, I felt like I was overcharged. Interior courtesy light was not working. Had another replavced about 3 weeks prior and shop covered replacement. This time I was offered diagnostics costing me $237 with recommendation for another $100 for part and repair ( for a light! - $317. I could have also bought one from parts for $50. Went home found part online from dealership in Michigan, with shipping $23. Installed it myself in 10 minutes. I wasn't even offered a $50 replacement first instead of a $237 diagnostic! More
