The dealership was clean, accommodating and honest with how long my car's diagnosis would take. It was kind of awkward standing off to the side without anyone saying anything to me for a few minutes- although my presence was known...I think it was because everyone was in the middle of something; a "Hi we will be right with you," would have probably sufficed. Kenny made up for that awkwardness, as he was very attentive and helpful throughout my appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. The dealership is very pricey though, which I knew going into it, and Kenny did try to find me some discounts which was very nice and thoughtful! More

Bridgewater Chevrolet fixed an issue on my Bolt EV. They were professional and courteous. I was able to use Wifi, have a bagel and get a beverage as I waited 4 hours for the diagnosis to be performed. They were professional and courteous. When I helped them find the probable cause and solution by researching public domain, they were able to run reprograming in 1.5 hours. The issue has been resolved. More
