Overall cleanliness after working on customer vehicles needs improvement. I dropped off a very rare vehicle for a recall. The work was perfectly fine however not enough care was put into ensuring the vehi needs improvement. I dropped off a very rare vehicle for a recall. The work was perfectly fine however not enough care was put into ensuring the vehicle was properly cleaned. We found grease on several portions of the paint and on the driver's seat. Fortunately we placed a sheet over the seats before having work performed. I felt the work was done properly and in a timely manner. I offered to have the service department use some pinch weld adapters we own to lift the vehicle. Unfortunately I felt the request was ignored and from what I was told they use hockey pucks underneath the car. My expectations for everyone were high and I cannot say that overall those expectations were met therefore I would rate the service as average. More
