Although sales and finance were great not happy that the car was not inspected and I was not I informed of this until after I bought it, I was not happy at the 3% fee charged using a cc. I was made aware of it and chose to use a cc however Visa does not usually charge a merchant 3% Amex does so I believe the law is that we are charged what you pay. A couple of dollars but still my money and now my time and money to get the vehicle inspected which I have to go to Flemington to have done. I was given one key waiting on Bobby to get another one however I don't expect to have to pay for it. If that happens I won't be happy at all. This is nothing against sales and finance they were helpful it is more customer service which I found lacking. More
If your having service that will be paid out of your pocket be prepare to pay $225-250 per hour and paying for parts that are marked selling over the counter and then again marked up in the service depa pocket be prepare to pay $225-250 per hour and paying for parts that are marked selling over the counter and then again marked up in the service department. Independent garages will charge you list for parts since they make their profit of 25%-50% from the list price. But at Bridgewater Chevy the service department marked my parts up an additional estimate $100. They made it an easy decision to pick the vehicle up and take it to my local mechanic. More

Had appt. Took an hour and a half tires weren’t rotated told it wasn’t needed and asked for it to be washed that would have been over 2 hours.
