It was very easy to make an appointment. Angel explained the issues, pricing and solutions very well. Right after my service, I noticed that the USB-C port in my car was missing. It was not that way because I use the port everyday to access Android Auto. Angel said that they would replace the port free of charge, but he would have to order the part. I still have not heard anything about when the issue would be solved. More
quick question? I have the Extended warranty (top one) and I was led to believe the oil changes are free and when you bring your car in, it's vacuumed. Through no fault of Bridgewater Chevrolet Dealership my car was there for 3 months waiting for a repair. This was a problem with part not available from General Motors Chevrolet. Kenny Rodas my Service car was there for 3 months waiting for a repair. This was a problem with part not available from General Motors Chevrolet. Kenny Rodas my Service Advisor always kept me well informed of my situation. He was able to set me up with a loaner vehicle for the 3 months. Great friendly guy, just ask for Kenny !!! More

My Chevrolet Silverado was serviced for an Airbag recall. While completing the work, the technician broke my cellular telephone holder that was attached to the vehicle’s cabin vent. Upon further inspection, While completing the work, the technician broke my cellular telephone holder that was attached to the vehicle’s cabin vent. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the vent fins were also broken. I located two bolts on the drives seat and do not know if they are old replaced bolts or if the technician failed to install the airbag properly. I called and spoke to the technician, who requested photographs of the damage so he can order replacement parts. I sent photographs and have not heard anything since. It has been several days and still no update. I am not satisfied with not knowing if the work that was done was completed properly, that the vent is now broken and that I am out a $35.00 cellphone holder. I hope that you are able to repair my vent, ensure the airbag is installed properly and I am somehow reimbursed for my cellphone holder. More
