I purchased my used KIA at Bridgewater and have been VERY, VERY satisfied with the service. Just had a surprise incident that could have ruined my plans for the holiday weekend, but the Service Dept. cr VERY, VERY satisfied with the service. Just had a surprise incident that could have ruined my plans for the holiday weekend, but the Service Dept. crew really came through. I knew they would be busy, and the Coordinator told me with just the right amount of skepticism that he could not guarantee solving my problem that day - but would try. Fortunately, it was something basic and I was on my way within two hours. VERY, VERY pleased with how I was treated, the car , and ALL the service I've received since 2021! Looking for a KIA?
