My recent experience was great. Dropped my car off the night before and they serviced my vehicle first thing in the morning. They left me a voicemail to let me know my car was done and that was it! The only thing that would have been nice is in the night drop off box if there was something you could use to seal the envelopes instead of having to pick it. In this current pandemic, I just think that would be more sanitary. Food for thought! :) More
