Great Servive Department and Service Advisors! Taylor Sumner is very knowledgeable and courteous. Would have given 5 Stars if not for their new 3% surcharge when paying by credit card... And the labor cost to install a new engine air filter which takes about 2 minutes, was $40. More

All I can say is that, Allen is always helpful as ever and on his A game!!!The other employees are cool too! But, Allen sticks out. Everyone at this dealership is very nice and they are extremely knowledgeable! I came in for an oil change and they took care of my recall at the same time so I didn’t have to come back. They’re waiting extremely knowledgeable! I came in for an oil change and they took care of my recall at the same time so I didn’t have to come back. They’re waiting area is comfortable and they offer free Wi-Fi, snacks, coffee, and water. You don’t see that too often anymore. Best Kia dealer in the area, hands down! More
