Dewan, Working with Dewan today was a pleasure. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was nervous going to a car dealership and being hassled. The experience was totally the opposite. I'm only Giving them one star because I have to give a star rating. Very bad for business and they don't keep their word. I didn't want to pay that $1600+ fee that they said covers the detailing, remov star rating. Very bad for business and they don't keep their word. I didn't want to pay that $1600+ fee that they said covers the detailing, remove scratches and etc. They didn't want to move it because you know that's how they make their money. I was cool with it, come to pick up my car the detailing was a done poorly, car still had scratches on it and let me not start on the rims. Not to mention the car when I test drove the car it was almost on empty. They filled it up right before half. Very Shiesty. After two days of having the car had to bring it in just to hear all 4 brakes were bad and needed to change. service light came on the same day after receiving the car. Service manager also said the car was serviced. Paid for everything and nothing was done. Not even the detailing was done properly. Car was dirty and I had a manager tell me I'm getting upset for no reason and walked off as I was speaking to him. More
